Walking Track at Anthem Center
The indoor track circles the pool and consists of three cushioned lanes for your walking fitness program. Fourteen laps equals one mile. The track is air-conditioned for your year-round comfort. Street shoes are not allowed on the track and you must not walk opposing traffic. Please remember to jog on the outside lane.
Hours (same as Fitness Center):
Monday - Saturday: 5:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Sunday: 5:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Some simple rules:
• Always walk in the posted direction of travel — even if just moving from corner to corner to use exercise equipment
• Groups of walkers/runners are to be limited to 2 people across at any given time to that faster or slower walkers can keep their pace.
• Slower walkers should stay on the inside lanes to allow faster walkers/runners to pass safely on the outside.
