Arts & Crafts Room Facility and Equipment Regulations

1. The Arts and Crafts room is considered closed when a class is in session.
   Only those members signed up for the class are to be in the room.
2. SCAAC Club members are given preference to attend classes.
3. Non-members may take classes if there is room in the class.
4. Guests must be accompanied by a SCA resident and may only attend a class
   if the instructor gives permission.
5. The instructor must check the roll sheet to insure that all those in
   attendance have paid for the class.
6. All students are responsible for cleaning up their supplies and trash
   after class.
7. The instructor is to insure that the room is left clean and all supplies
   are picked up and stored properly.
8. Members as well as the instructor are to make sure any tools or machines
   are turned off, cleaned and cooled before storing.
9. Members may use the room for Arts and Crafts when no class is in session.
   
10. Monthly classes will be scheduled at the previous month’s business
    meeting.
11. SCAAC Club members and SCA members will be given preference for teaching
    classes in Arts and Crafts providing he/she possesses the skills, knowledge
    and the ability to teach that class.
12. Outside instructors may teach a class providing no SCA member desires to
    teach that class. Outside instructors must have the approval of the SCAAC Club
    Board.
