At Sun City Anthem we offer a large variety of classes. Whether you need to improve balance, flexibility, muscle endurance or your aerobic output, our highly trained group exercise staff is here to help you reach your fitness goals.

Specific to the 2,000 square foot Aerobic Room is a wide variety of classes including Aerobic Performance, 20/20/20, Cardio Jazz, Cycling, Gentle Aerobics, Interval Cross Training Osteo-Strength, Strength & Endurance, Strength, Stride-n-Stretch,Tai Chi, Spin & Breathe, Trim-N-Tone, Line Dancing, Ball Room Dancing & Belly Dancing.

Proper Footwear, attire, membership card and a WORK-OUT TOWEL are required.

All classes are $2.00/single session - 1 hour
All classes are $3.00/single session - 1 hour 15 min
Unlimited pass $40.00/month
Punch card for $45.00

The Independence Center is open:
Monday through Friday: 6:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Saturday & Sunday: 7:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
